Whole
Body Fitness offers various levels of personal trainers based on
their experience, knowledge, and certifications. This ranking system
is used by the YMCA and IDEA Health and Fitness Association. All
trainers are certified by nationally recognized organizations, CPR
and First Aid certified, have liability insurance, are IDEA members,
and participate in continuing education to stay apprised in safety,
methodology, and technology in the fitness industry. Also offered
are various packages based on these recognition levels.

Fueling
the Teen Machine Program: $400 |
A four-week
comprehensive nutrition, academic-style counseling and educational program
with discussions on the importance of daily physical activity.
- 1-hour
meeting to learn about their lifestyle, weight history, eating and exercise
habits, health history. Discuss food diary teen's nutrition profile.
Conduct a body
composition.
Discuss the program and assignments, book and video. Discuss goal setting.
- 1-hour
meeting to discuss carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins and minerals.
Discuss body composition. Review food diary, food portions and exercise
log. Discuss Fit or Fat Video. Discuss their goal(s).
- 1-hour
meeting to discuss healthy weight, vegetarianism, sports nutrition and
the importance of water. Discuss food pyramid and food label reading.
Review food diary and exercise log.
- 1-hour
meeting to discuss fast foods, meal planning and cooking. Plan and discuss
2 day sample meal plan. Review program.

This is
a great follow-up service after the Fueling the Teen Machine Program.
The first
step to eating right is buying the right foods! Choosing foods in
your diet that promote health and prevent disease are important in a sensible
diet. This service is great in conjunction with any nutrition program.
- I will
meet teen at their grocery store, where you shop at the most.
- Includes
reading food labels, choosing healthier foods, meal planning ideas and
cooking suggestion.
- Information
handouts on label reading, cooking techniques, food safety and more.
- A cookbook
geared towards teens available at an additional cost of $20.
*Inclusive of travel time within a 10-mile radius. Rates adjusted up according to distance needed to travel that exceeds 10 miles.

Whole Body Fitness Outdoor Boot Camp
When: July - August / Saturdays from 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.**
(Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for check-in and warm-up)

Class location: Grassy area near the marina side – if you park on the Back Bay Drive side, cross the pedestrian bridge to reach the grassy area. We will be having the class on the marina side by the swimming lagoon.
Parking options:
- Free street parking is available on Back Bay Drive
- Paid parking is available at the Back Bay Drive parking lot for $5
(30 min.-1hr.) or $10 (1-3hrs.)
- Marina parking lot entrance is off of Bayside Drive
(lot may be for members only but street parking is
also available on Bayside Dr.)

Please RSVP each week by Wednesday to reserve your space in class. A phone number (cell or home) is required with your RSVP so that we may contact you in case of any closures or class cancellations.
This fun, outdoor exercise class is for all ages and fitness levels and will last approximately 60 minutes. We do some jogging, lunging, calisthenics with barbells, medicine balls, bands, exercise tubing, stretching and abdominal work.
This class is about your own personal fitness progress and success, so challenge yourself at your own pace!
You will need:
- Exercise clothing and tennis shoes

- Exercise clothing & tennis shoes
- Hat, sunglasses and sunscreen (you’ll be outside the entire hour)
- A water bottle
- Yoga mat or beach towel to stretch on + a small towel
**Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to allow for check-in and warm-up.
Your instructors will be:
- Monica Hirtreiter - Certified Personal Trainer through American Council on Exercise and ranked as a Professional Level trainer with IDEA Health and Fitness Organization. Former client of Whole Body Fitness who has lost over 150lbs.
- Regina Keil - Former pre and post-natal client of Whole Body Fitness, pursuing Personal Trainer certification through American Council on Exercise.
